He was a founder of Value Prime Solutions, a leading provider of the ValueSelling Framework®. In 2018, the company was recognized with a Gold Stevie Award for Sales Training Company of the Year and Bronze Stevie Award for Sales Consultancy of the Year. Value Prime Solutions was acquired by ValueSelling Associates and since becoming part of the ValueSelling Associates team, Chad has achieved Circle of Excellence repeatedly and built his business into the top 1% of Associates.
Before joining ValueSelling Associates, Chad spent 11 years as an executive in the digital agency space, as EVP, Sales and Marketing for Universal Mind, and as VP, Sales and Marketing at Cynergy, which was acquired by KPMG. He has consulted with and enabled major brands, including Adobe, New Relic, Verizon Wireless, McKesson, eBay, Microsoft, Chrysler, Ingersoll Rand, Fidelity, Thomson Reuters, and the Minnesota Vikings, to name a few.
An engaging, high-energy consultant known for his direct and engaging style, Chad created the award-winning 'The B2B Revenue Executive Experience' podcast. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Regis University in Denver, CO and an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana.

Lori Kirkland is a seasoned strategy and digital executive with 25+ years leading innovation, technical, strategy, product and design teams. Through work at Fortune 500 companies like Boeing, Boston Scientific, Adobe, Intel, Neiman Marcus, AT&T, & Vail Resorts, she has led experience transformation, digital transformation, agile transformation and innovation through her roles as Chief Experience Officer, Chief Product Officer, Non-profit Executive, Executive Consulting, VP of Experience Transformation and Cultural Innovation Leader.
As a lover of humanity and a systems thinker, Lori has worked to bridge the gap between technology and business teams for decades. She focuses on humanness in business and helps teams understand their dynamics by "BEING" different, not DOING different work, bringing a little SOUL into their culture. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Lori was identified as a global “Who’s Who in CX” in 2016 and 2018 by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
With over 15 years of experience as a speaker and author on technology trends, Lori helps leaders tackle the micro and macro challenges across the technology landscape. From leading Sales and Strategy consulting at EffectiveUI (acquired by WPP), who Forrester dubbed “The First Experience Agency”, to spending five years at Charles Schwab as the Head of Product, IT, and UX for Schwab Charitable, she understands the complexities across organizations.
